Rene Breton combines surrealist imagery with lush melodic harmony. Their single "Botswana" was featured as KCRW's song of the day on Morning Becomes Eclectic, from their album Asleep in Green (March 2011): a book of twelve surrealist short stories released in conjunction with the music. They've been compared to The Smiths, Pink Floyd, and Peter Gabriel. They currently live in Los Angeles. http://www.myspace.com/renebretonmusic
