A strange and wonderful thing occured... Dave Tucker began teaching himself to play guitar at the age of 12, and it wasn't long before he was playing all the folk songs he grew up listening to his father play. Peter, Paul and Mary, the Kingston Trio, and James Taylor were just a few of the artists and songwriters who caught his ear. Before too long Lightnin' Hopkins, Muddy Waters, and Jimmy Hendrix became the muse, along with a dose of Dave Matthews. Eighteen years later, Dave has had the opportunity to work closely with the singer/songwriter Wendy Waldman and producer/engineer Rob Hoffman; the three are working on Dave's debut album, which comes out on December 18th, 2012.
